Publication Ethics
Insight: Journal of Multidiciplinary is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. The journal follows the guidelines and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Duties of Authors

Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly cite the work of others. Plagiarism in any form is unethical and unacceptable.

Authorship: Only individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research should be listed as authors. All co-authors must approve the final version of the paper.

Multiple Submissions: Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time.

Data Accuracy: Authors should present accurate data and must be ready to provide raw data for editorial review if requested.
Duties of Editors

Fair Review: Editors evaluate manuscripts solely on academic merit, without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, or political beliefs.

Confidentiality: Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and not disclose any information about a manuscript to anyone other than the editorial team and reviewers.

Decision-Making: Editors are responsible for deciding which articles should be published based on quality, originality, and relevance.
Duties of Reviewers

Confidentiality: Reviewers must treat the manuscripts they receive for review as confidential documents.

Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively and clearly, with supporting arguments.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must disclose any potential conflict of interest and decline to review if such conflict exists.
Misconduct and Retractions
Insight takes allegations of research and publication misconduct seriously. In cases of proven misconduct such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research, the journal reserves the right to retract published articles and take appropriate action.
